I’m Lindsey — truth seeker, balance tipper, believer in the dig for the authentic self. I delight in the practices of wellness including a good dip in some live music and the occasional ice cream cone.
I am a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor and yoga teacher. Ayurveda fascinates me. It’s poetic definition of health, “to be situated in one’s self”, resonates with me so deeply. As I began to study and implement the principles of Ayurveda into my own daily routine, I noticed a deep shift. I realized that joy and lightness are attainable through making the littlest changes. I was able to calm my anxiety, improve my digestion, and teeter around enough to uncover my own personal point of balance. That’s how I try to live my life – in the sweet spot of balance – and I dream about helping you find YOURS!
I truly believe that the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda direct you to the brightest parts of yourself. I believe in this work and my goal is to inspire you use this ancient tool box to nourish your heart and body so that you can feel your best.
The Prana Parlor is a place for us to work on a that deeper sense of self-awareness and self-love together. Here, I’ll share my modern day experience with the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, some recipes, pointers for keeping balance through the seasons, stories from other inspiring folks, natural beauty and healing tips… lots of good stuff!
