Lindsey offers both private and semi-private yoga sessions as well as corporate yoga classes. All levels are welcome! Rates may vary depending on travel, attendance, and desired length of session.

Includes an in-depth assessment of your health history, Ayurvedic constitution and any present imbalances. After this face-to-face meeting, you will receive your personalized plan to help you experience optimal health

Follow up sessions are recommended for continued collaboration on fine tuning your wellness plan. Ayurveda is not a quick fix program. What’s working for you? What’s been difficult to change or integrate? In these sessions, we can dive deeper into your healing process and work together to develop the habits needed for long term well-being. My goal is to help you find your unique state of balance. We can meet as many times as you like to get there.
Ayurveda’s tools can be used for the rest of your life. My goal is to guide you in your quest to understanding your own unique state of balance so that you have the framework to continually make the best choices for yourself.
In this 6-week program, you will have the support of an online community as you learn and integrate Ayurvedic wisdom in to your daily nourishment and self care practice.
A brief check-in where we can determine what alterations need to made to your routine to support your balance as the seasons shift (can be done over the phone or via Skype).
