Follow up sessions are recommended for continued collaboration on fine tuning your wellness plan. Ayurveda is not a quick fix program. What’s working for you? What’s been difficult to change or integrate? In these sessions, we can dive deeper into your healing process and work together to develop the habits needed for long term well-being. My goal is to help you find your unique state of balance. We can meet as many times as you like to get there.
In this three month program, you will receive my continued support on your journey to balance. Ayurveda’s tools can be used for the rest of your life. My goal is to guide you in your quest to understanding your own unique state of balance so that you have the framework to continually make the best choices for yourself.
In working together, we’ll explore what it looks like to build a healing diet through the seasons by integrating Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily nourishment and self-care practice. We’ll also explore how to use the tools of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to improve overall well being.
What You’ll Receive
A brief check-in where we can determine what alterations need to made to your routine to support your balance as the seasons shift (can be done over the phone or via Skype).
Private yoga sessions + Corporate yoga classes
Lindsey offers both private and semi-private yoga sessions as well as corporate yoga classes. All levels are welcome! Rates may vary depending on travel, attendance, and desired length of session.

Dosha Balancing Ayurvedic Yoga Sessions
These Ayurveda infused private sessions are available to clients who have already had a consultation in the PRANA PARLOR. These sessions are designed to further address imbalances and include meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical movement), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation practice).
